Tom’s of Maine Travel Sized Products

With many people travelling over the next few weeks, I imagine there will be quite a few people making sure everything in their carry-on bag is FAA compliant. I know I always check to see if there have been any changes since my last flight. Especially for quick trips, I’m known to pack everything in a carry-on, which means all my toiletries need to be in that Quart-Size bag and small.
Tom’s of Maine is now offering a number of “3-ounce or less” personal products, to help make your travels easier. They are just the right size for air travel, and if your trip is just the right length, you might not even need to bring them back home, making less room in your suitcase on the trip back.
Travel-sized items available:
Natural Moisturizing body bar (unscented, lemongrass, lavendar, and calendula)
Naturally Waxed Antiplaque Flat Floss (spearmint)
Fluoride or Natural Mouthwash (2.6 oz) (peppermint, spearmint, or lemon-lime)
24 Hour Odor Protection Long Lasting Deodorant (2.25 oz)
Natural Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste for children (.87 oz) (spearmint or silly strawberry)
Natural Whole Care Anticavity & Tartar Control plus Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste (.87 oz)
So now when you are travelling, you don’t have to necessarily change up your lifestyle too much…..you can continue to use products without all those ingredients many of us don’t like to use. In fact, the list of ingredients that Tom’s of Maine does NOT use in their natural products is so long, it would take to long to describe them here.Â
I’ve been known to actually bring a bar of soap with me when staying at a hotel (especially with a little one). My daughter has eczema, so we always want to be extra careful with the products we use….no unnecessary ingredients. We certainly don’t want to inflame her skin by introducing her to a new product, one that we don’t know the ingredients of. I love that I can bring Tom’s of Maine bars on my road trips or air trips. I actually enjoyed the unscented moisturizing body bar I received along with a sample of all the other Tom’s of Maine travel-sized items. The body bar actually lathered better than any bar soap I recall using…..quite impressive. There was only one product that I just couldn’t use and that was the aluminum-free deodorant. I had some sensitivity to it and had to stop using it the second day. I was a bit disappointed in that since I have been wanting to switch to aluminum-free deodorant……I’ve just heard too many things. They have several other deodorant options, so I may compare the ingredient list and try again.
That’s exactly what I love best about Tom’s of Maine products….they have somewhat of a chart on all the packaging. They not only list every ingredient, but they list it’s purpose and source. That will make it easy for me to see if all of the deodorants have the same ingredients or if they vary somewhat. I know as a parent I like to know each and every ingredient…..and I should be that concerned with products I use too.
You don’t have to search far for all these items because Tom’s of Maine products can be found online at Drugstore.com and in many popular stores like SuperTarget, Kroger, Albertsons, CVS, Walgreens and more.
(This post was written as part of a campaign for Tom’s of Maine and they provided the items for review. No other form of compensation was received and all opinions are the personal and honest of opinions of the author.)

I seriously <3 Toms products-They are the only things we use most of the time in this house because you can find them with no fluoride or SMS or other nasty chemicals.
