Red Baron’s Fire Baked Crust Pizza

Since everyone in our family loves pizza, we were all excited to try out the new Fire Baked Crust Pizzas from Red Baron.

RBFBSingles4CheesePkgFor centuries, the finest pizza makers in Italy have baked their pizzas on blazing hot stones next to an open flame. The makers of Red Baron® pizza recreate this classic technique in a fiery 800° F oven and add classic flavors of Parmesan cheese and melted butter. The intense heat and classic ingredients give Red Baron® Fire Baked Singles a superior crust flavor and texture that is tender on the inside and crispy on the bottom. Each pizza is topped with combinations of the freshest vegetables and meats, flavorful cheeses and delicious spices. The result is pure Red Baron® quality.

I found the Red Baron at a local Safeway, and they carried two varieties of the Fire Baked pizzas:  4 Cheese and Pepperoni.

When I first opened up the boxes and saw the size of the pizzas, I admit I was a little disappointed—they looked pretty small compared to other frozen pizzas we’ve tried, but the taste more than made up for the size.

Since I like pizzas with crispy crusts, I followed the directions to bake a crispy crust pizza.  I actually put two pizzas in at one time and they both came out with nice, crispy crusts, and all the insides and toppings were just yummy!  Both pizzas were very delicious, but my favorite of the two was 4-Cheese.

I don’t really buy a lot of frozen pizzas because usually they don’t end up tasting very good, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by how good the Red Baron pizzas were, and now I can’t wait to try out the other varieties of Red Baron’s Fire Baked Crust Pizzas!

Thank you to Red Baron for providing the coupons free of charge.  I received no monetary compensation for this post.
