Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing heavy or too thought-provoking.

What’s one of your favorite things about blogging?
For me, it’s the feeling that I’m not alone in my crazy experiences. Whenever I post something that I think is totally off-the-wall, it never fails that someone else is going through the exact same thing. It puts a little sanity into my daily life.

I’m going to have to echo everyone else’s answers – the amazing people and stories. I’m going to have to devote an entire day sometime to just browsing and reading – there is so much out there!
I also really enjoy compiling my thoughts and stuffing them into a concise post. It really makes me appreciate my life that much more. Oh, and the technical stuff – LOVE that. (I’m such a geek).
For me blogging is a fun way to keep a journal and to meet new people. I have met people from all over the world and it’s delightful. My Valentine exchange partner lives in Dubai! It doesn’t get any better than that.

That is a tough question! There are so many things that I like about blogging. I think one of the best things is being able to keep up with friends and make new friends. I also like that I can look back over my year and see what I have done or thought about. I have never been good at keeping a journal, but there is something inspiring when someone else is reading.
